Novotel Century Hong Kong is seeking a passionate Assistant Restaurant Manager for Pepino in Wan Chai. You will partner with the Restaurant Manager and Culinary team to supervise daily dining operations, uphold Italian hospitality standards, and drive guest satisfaction in a high-volume setting.

Ideal candidates bring 2–3 years of supervisory experience in hospitality, a warm service mindset, strong leadership, and fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

Competenze

• Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory or assistant management experience in a high-volume restaurant or hotel dining outlet.
• Warm, energetic personality with a high standard for customer service and love for food and wine.
• Strong team-building, problem-solving, and proactive on-floor attitude.
• Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
