Pici in Hong Kong is seeking a driven Restaurant Manager to lead a busy front-of-house team with energy and guest focus. You will train staff, ensure consistent service, manage rosters, monitor costs, and be the face of the operation for guests.

The role requires at least two years in a similar leadership role, fluency in English, and a hands-on, guest-facing approach in a vibrant hospitality setting. The position offers a dynamic, diverse environment and opportunities for growth.

Competenze

• A minimum of 2 years experience as a restaurant manager.
• Passion for hospitality and F&B industry.
• Positive attitude with a teamwork mindset.
• Fluency in English is a must; other languages are advantageous.
