Job summary

HR Plus in Hong Kong is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager for one of its hotel's Japanese restaurants. You will assist the Restaurant Manager in daily operations, ensure high service standards and help train staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in F&B with supervisory exposure, excellent English/Cantonese/Mandarin, and strong leadership and problem-solving abilities, in a fast-paced hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Certificate holder or above preferably with hotel or food and beverage training.
• Minimum 5 years related experience, including supervisory level experience in Food & Beverage.
• At least 2 years work experience in same capacity.
• Excellent communication, presentation and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills, problem solving and training abilities.
• Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
