Job summary

Pici in Hong Kong is seeking a driven and hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead a vibrant team and deliver a guest‑focused service experience.

You will train staff, write rosters, control costs and wastage, and be the face of the operation while upholding our teamwork, positivity and commitment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a restaurant manager.
