Job summary
Tai Hing Worldwide Development Ltd is seeking a 1st level IT support professional to assist internal users and frontline stores both off site and on-site. You will handle daily system monitoring, install and configure software and hardware, and provide timely technical support with proper documentation.

Qualifications
- 1 year relevant working experience
- Solid experience in technical support, trouble‑shooting and administration of software system
- Knowledge with Shop IT equipment such as POS, Wi‑Fi and Network devices, Mobile devices
- Knowledge of F&B / FMCG operation is highly preferred
- Knowledge of SQL language is a plus
Responsibilities
- Provide 1st level day-to-day IT support (off site & on‑site) to internal users & front line stores in both software and hardware problems
- Responsible for daily system monitoring
- Handle software and hardware installation and configuration
- Provide technical support in troubleshoot and fix issues with documentation in a polite and timely manner
- Assist in system integration/upgrade projects for continuous improvement and further optimization
- Assist in any ad‑hoc duties as assigned
