Responsibilities

• Provide end-user support and field maintenance for servers, storage, tape library, workstation hardware, telecom, cabling and data centre facilities at data centres and customer offices
• Assist in install, maintain and troubleshoot servers and network equipment
• Assist in configuring network equipment such as switches and firewalls
• Support infrastructure work such as patching, DR drills, backup recovery
• Maintain inventory records on hardware and software

IT Supporting Engineer/Field Support Engineer (Entry role, Up to 20K per month)

Provide end-user support and field maintenance work for server, storage, tape library, workstation hardware, telecom, cabling and data centre facilities at data centres and customer offices

Assist in Install / maintain / troubleshoot servers and network equipment;

Assist in configure the network equipment such as Switch and Firewall;

Support infrastructure work such as patching, DR drill, backup recovery;

Maintain the inventory record on hardware and software.

Requirements:

High Diploma in Computing or above

At least 1 years' work experience in IT helpdesk/Computer Network Operation

Willing to learn in a multi-DC strategic enterprise system

Usually Normal office hour, sometimesOn-site, phone support services as required

Self-motivated, with good sense of responsibility

Flexible, diligent, positive and enthusiastic

Candidates with more experience may consider as Support Engineer Role.
