Job summary

Leadingnation is seeking an IT Support Technician to maintain and troubleshoot company systems across its head office and branches. You will handle PC setup, Synology NAS, network devices and mobile devices, ensuring smooth daily operations.

You will assist with CRM administration (HubSpot), enforce security policies, back up data, and support system rollouts and user training. Immediate availability is preferred and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in computer science/IT or related field.
• 1–2 years of hands-on IT support or deployment experience.
• Familiar with Windows, macOS, AD, M365, basic networking and common office software.
• Experience administering Synology NAS is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of HubSpot CRM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily maintenance, on-the-spot IT support and troubleshooting for IT systems and equipment across the head office and all branches.
• Install, configure and maintain PCs, Synology NAS server system and network devices.
• Support and administer tablets, smartphones and other mobile devices.
• Assist in administering the company CRM platform (HubSpot) — provisioning, permission management, data hygiene and end-user support.
• Enforce information security policies, monitor network security and safeguard company data and systems.
• Perform data backup, disaster recovery and basic network security administration.
• Support new system rollouts, end-user training and IT project implementation.
