Job summary

Leadingnation is seeking a senior IT professional to lead the IT infrastructure setup for an upcoming office relocation and to supervise daily helpdesk operations. The role also involves coordinating website content updates and back-end maintenance.

You will manage site preparation, deployment of IT infrastructure, and provide senior-level PC support with hardware troubleshooting. Experience across Windows OS, email services, and security is essential for success.

Job description

This is a senior role in which you will lead and coordinate the IT infrastructure setup for an upcoming office relocation, oversee daily technical helpdesk operations, and manage website content updates.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee site preparation , office relocation logistics, and the physical deployment of IT infrastructure.

• Provide senior-level PC support, advanced hardware troubleshooting, and technical helpdesk services to end-users.

• Supervise regular website content updates and back-end maintenance.

• Complete additional high-level IT-related support duties and technical administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

About you

• Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

• At least 4 years of experience in the related IT industry and duties.

• Solid experience in PC LAN support , including senior-level expertise in configuring network switches, Virtual LANs (VLAN), and UPS systems .

• Proven track record in office site preparation, deployment management, and infrastructure relocation.

• Extensive background supporting Windows OS, office automation tools, and centralized email services (including desktop, mobile email administration, and server support ).

• Advanced skills in technical helpdesk support, complex user troubleshooting, and Endpoint Security Solutions.

• Hands-on proficiency with Web Content Systems and HTML5.

• Deep familiarity with Wireless Technology and Mobile/Wireless Communication solutions .
