Job summary

MERIDIONALE IMPIANTI SINGAPORE PTE LTD in Hong Kong is seeking a proactive IT Support specialist to provide day-to-day technical assistance to users, set up devices, and manage accounts and access.

You will support onboarding and offboarding, maintain asset records, and assist with basic network and Odoo ERP administration, collaborating with vendors as needed to ensure smooth operation.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in IT, CS or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
• Basic knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, hardware and networking.
• Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and willing to learn.
• Experience with Odoo ERP will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support and troubleshooting for users.
• Set up and maintain laptops, desktops, printers, software and other IT equipment.
• Manage user accounts, email, VPN and system access.
• Support employee IT onboarding and offboarding.
• Maintain IT asset, software license and access records.
• Provide basic network, backup and IT infrastructure support.
• Provide basic administration and user support for Odoo ERP.
• Liaise with IT vendors and service providers when required.
• Maintain proper IT documentation and records.
• Support other IT-related tasks and projects as assigned.
