Job summary

ServiceOne Limited is seeking an IT Support / Proximity Engineer (Contract) to maintain essential IT operations in Hong Kong across OS, security tools, servers and email systems. You will investigate incidents, ensure system availability, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders to resolve issues per SLA.

Candidates should have at least 2 years in IT Support, hands-on end-user support, strong initiative, and fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Min. 2 years of IT Support experience.
• Hands-on end-user support experience.
• Good communication skills and proactive approach.
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Maintain essential IT operations including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software and hardware.
• Investigate and troubleshoot incidents to ensure availability during daily operations.
• Collaborate with different parties to address IT issues according to SLA.
• Document SOPs and share knowledge with South Asia region teammates.
• Communicate with users to minimize service disruption and manage open tickets.
