Job summary

Kam Yuen (Group) International Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking an IT Support Officer on a 2-year contract based in Causeway Bay. You will be the first line of support for end-users, handling PC, Office 365/Teams, network issues, and policy governance tasks.

The role requires 2–5 years in IT support, hands-on Office 365, LAN/WAN and SD‑WAN knowledge, plus willingness to travel to Zhongshan and Shenzhen factories. English and Chinese communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma / Degree in IT or related field.
• 2–5 years’ experience in IT support or infrastructure support.
• Hands-on Office 365 / Teams; knowledge of LAN / WAN (SD‑WAN a bonus).
• Experience in firewall and server support; data centre experience is an advantage.
• Willing to travel to Zhongshan and Shenzhen factories.
• Experience in IT policy / SOP is preferred.
• Knowledge of common LLM / AI tools; AI server support or programming (e.g. Python) is an advantage.
• Good communication in English and Chinese; self‑motivated, responsible and a good team player.

Responsibilities

• Provide helpdesk and first-line support to users (onsite and remote), including PC, Office 365, Teams, network and application issues.
• System administration in Windows, Office 365 / Teams, LAN / WAN and SD‑WAN; hardware / software installation and troubleshooting.
• Support firewall and servers in the Hong Kong data centre.
• Travel to factories in Zhongshan and Shenzhen is required.
• Support application development control (change request, UAT, release and vendor coordination).
• Assist to draft and maintain IT policy, SOP and governance documentation.
• Set up and support company AI servers; understand common LLM models (e.g. GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama, Qwen, DeepSeek).
• Maintain IT inventory and user access; liaise with vendors; handle ad hoc requests.

About the role

What we’re looking for

• 2–5 years’ experience in IT support or infrastructure support
