uSMART Securities Limited is seeking an Assistant ICT Solution Engineer in Hong Kong to provide first-level IT support, handle hardware and software troubleshooting, and assist with configuring and maintaining desktops and peripherals. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Ideal candidates will possess a university degree in Computer Science or IT, be eager to learn, and communicate effectively in English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin).

Qualifications

• University degree required in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines; fresh graduates welcome.
• Basic Windows OS, Mac OS, networking and Windows Server knowledge.
• Good command of English; Chinese proficiency (Cantonese and Mandarin) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level IT support to end users via phone, email, remote support, and onsite assistance (Windows, Apple equipment and mobile devices).
• Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, and peripheral devices.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for users.
