Job summary

HR Plus is looking for a Solution Engineer/Consultant in Cybersecurity. This role invites fresh graduates and offers exposure to real-world cybersecurity projects, client interactions, and ongoing training.

You will engage with diverse clients, manage SLAs, and contribute to security solutions across the SDLC. You will work with a dynamic team, grow through certifications, and gain comprehensive exposure to security services, reporting, and collaboration across departments in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field.
• 1+ year IT security experience, fresh grads welcome.
• CISSP/CISA/CEH or equivalent advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for clients, ensuring timely service delivery per SLAs.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and address their needs.
• Investigate and resolve major issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Promote continuous improvement in productivity, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver cybersecurity solutions.
• Prepare service reports and update technical documentation.
• Follow up on service delivery to address gaps and exceed expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring the timely delivery of services according to SLAs
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and addressing their needs
• Investigate and resolve major issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Promote continuous improvement in productivity, service quality, and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless and effective cybersecurity solutions

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines
• Minimum of 1 year of working experience in IT Security/Information Security (fresh graduates welcome, experienced candidate may be considered as senior engineer or consultant)
• Holder of CISSP/CISA/CEH or equivalent certifications will be advantageous
• Experience in securing the SDLC process and software product development
• In-depth knowledge and experience in the delivery and support of cybersecurity solutions is preferred
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage
