Job summary

Crit Services Company Limited is seeking an on-site IT Desktop Support Engineer in Hong Kong. This entry-level role offers training, welcomes fresh graduates, and focuses on hands-on hardware, software, and peripheral support.

Responsibilities

Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, and peripheral devices.

Help maintain and troubleshoot network connectivity and related issues.
Assist in IT security measures implementation and maintenance.
Ensure IT equipment is maintained and in good working condition.
Knowledge in warehouse IT support and warehouse IT equipment is advantageous.
