Job summary

E.C. Fix Technology Limited is seeking an IT Support professional to join our team in Central and Western District.

You will provide essential technical support and hardware maintenance to keep systems running smoothly and securely. In this full-time role, you will handle first and second-line tickets, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and collaborate with senior staff and vendors to resolve complex problems while upholding IT security standards.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years hands-on IT support experience
• Proficiency with Windows and/or macOS
• Familiarity with IT ticketing systems and asset management tools
• Desirable certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified Associate
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users
• Independent and team-oriented in a fast-paced environment
• Customer service orientation and commitment to user satisfaction
• Knowledge of networking basics and IT security principles

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-line technical support to end-users
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware problems incl. desktops, laptops, servers and peripherals
• Install, configure and maintain IT equipment and systems
• Perform routine maintenance: software updates, patches, security checks
• Manage IT assets and maintain hardware inventory records
• Provide user training and technical guidance to staff
• Document issues, resolutions and procedures for future reference
• Collaborate with senior IT staff and external vendors
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies and data protection regulations
