Job summary

Recruit Express (Hong Kong) Ltd. is seeking a Technical Support Officer to provide deskside and remote IT support for internal users in Wan Chai. The role covers troubleshooting across Windows, MacOS, and mobile devices, PC deployment, and imaging, with ongoing documentation and knowledge-base maintenance.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on IT Support / Deskside experience
• Strong experience supporting PCs, laptops, peripherals and end-users
• Familiar with Windows 10/11, MacOS and Microsoft Office applications
• Experience in hardware troubleshooting and repair
• Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, routers, switches and network troubleshooting
• Good command of English and Cantonese

Technical Support Officer

Location: Wan Chai (Near MTR Station)
Salary: HK$22,000 - 26,000 Basic + HK$2,000 Allowance (After Probation) + Bonus
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm
