Job summary

KOS International Limited in Hong Kong seeks a proactive Application Support Analyst/Officer to support a high-traffic platform's operation, maintenance, and enhancement. You will provide application and technical support, including system setup, testing, data validation, and coordinating with vendors and internal teams.

You will handle reporting, user guidance, and incident resolution, with exposure to MongoDB, AWS, Node.js, RESTful APIs, Linux, and CI/CD environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in application or IT operations support.
• Strong MongoDB query and aggregation skills.
• Experience configuring hardware peripherals and networks.
• Experience with registration systems or onsite support is preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Cantonese; Chinese language skills essential.

Responsibilities

Our client is a well-known enterprise in Hong Kong and they are looking for proactive and hands-on Application Support Analyst / Officer to support the operation, maintenance, and enhancement of a high-traffic platform. You will provide application and technical support, including system setup, testing, troubleshooting, device and printer configuration, data validation, reporting, and coordinate with vendors and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide application and technical support for the enterprise platform.
• Set up, configure, test, and troubleshoot registration systems, laptops, iPads, printers, networks, and related equipment.
• Monitor system performance and resolve application, data, network, hardware, and user issues in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and event stakeholders on system maintenance, enhancements, testing, and operational readiness.
• Support event logistics, equipment inventory, data reconciliation, and post-event activities.
• Prepare operational and ad-hoc reports; perform data validation and attendance-data checks.
• Maintain user guides, operating procedures, technical documentation, and knowledge-base materials.
• Handle user enquiries and follow through on incidents, requests, and enhancement requirements until resolution.

Key requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in application support, system support, IT operations, or development.
• Strong MongoDB query and aggregation-pipeline skills.
• Experience with laptops, iPads, printers, networking, and technical troubleshooting.
• Exposure to AWS, Node.js, RESTful APIs, Linux, GitLab CI/CD, Android/iOS, or DevOps is an advantage.
• Event, exhibition, registration-system, or onsite-support experience is highly preferred.
• Able to work under pressure and willing to support events outside normal office hours when required.
• Fluent in both English and Chinese, Cantonese is essential.
