Job summary

CGS International Holdings Limited is seeking a capable IT Systems Administrator in Hong Kong to maintain and support our corporate IT infrastructure. You will manage AD accounts, M365, and Windows servers, and provide desktop and meeting support on-site.

This role requires at least 3 years in IT operations, a Bachelor’s in CS/IT, and bilingual proficiency in Cantonese/Mandarin and English. You will handle vendor contracts, asset tracking, and payment processes to keep services running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years in IT operations or system administration, preferably in financial services.
• Proficient in Windows Server, AD management, and Microsoft 365 suite.
• Fluent in Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin) and English.

Responsibilities

• Infrastructure Support: Manage AD accounts, permissions, and group policies; ensure stable operation of the corporate email system.
• Desktop Support: Provide technical support for PC/Laptop hardware and software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Meeting Support: On-site and remote technical assistance for video conferencing and internal corporate events.
• Administrative Management: Coordinate IT-related contract signing and renewals; manage internal payment processes including PR raising, invoice verification, and payment tracking.
• Asset Management: Maintain an accurate inventory of IT hardware and software licenses.
