Job summary

Hongkong Land seeks a Technical Officer – Residential Services to oversee maintenance for luxury residential properties. You will conduct site visits, monitor progress, and ensure safety and quality compliance while supporting building operation and renovation projects.

The role requires 3+ years in luxury residential maintenance, readiness for site-based work, and basic FM knowledge. Driving licence is a plus; Hongkong Land values meticulous documentation and cross‑team coordination.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building Studies or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in luxury residential properties maintenance and renovation works.
• Experience in luxury residential properties is an advantage.
• Willing to perform site-based work.
• Holder of a valid driving licence is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of building and facilities management practices.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and maintenance documentation.
• Good organisational, coordination and communication skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications.
