Lenovo is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and delivering IT infrastructure and systems projects across stakeholders and vendors. The role emphasizes governance, risk control, documentation, and change management in line with PRINCE2 and PMP-based practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, information systems, engineering or related discipline.
• 2-5 years of IT project coordination, project administration or PMO support experience.
• Experience with enterprise technology projects and working with diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, and documentation controls.
• PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM or equivalent certification preferred.
• Familiarity with project reporting tools and testing/commissioning activities.
• Knowledge of UAT, cutover, testing and commissioning processes.

Responsabilités

• Assist in preparing project plans, schedules, trackers, and resource plans.
• Coordinate activities across developers, engineers, support teams, and vendors.
• Prepare project status updates, meeting minutes, action logs, and reports.
• Follow up on vendor deliveries, quotations, contracts, and service follow-up.
• Support budget tracking, risk and issue logging, and escalation of concerns.
• Coordinate testing, validation, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and support change control processes.
