Job summary

Lenovo is seeking a Project Manager to support planning, coordinating, and delivering infrastructure and systems projects in a governance‑driven environment. You will work with developers, engineers, support teams, and vendors to manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality throughout the lifecycle.

The role emphasizes PRINCE2/PMP‑based delivery, documentation, risk management, and change control, with hands‑on activity across testing, cutover, and handover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• 2-5 years of experience in IT project coordination, project administration, PMO support, assistant project management, or infrastructure/system implementation roles.
• Experience in enterprise technology projects and working with business users, technical teams, vendors, and customers.
• Good understanding of project controls, including scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, and documentation.
• PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM, or equivalent certification is preferred.
• Familiarity with enterprise infrastructure vendors, project reporting tools, and implementation activities such as UAT, cutover, testing, and commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing project plans, schedules, trackers, and resource plans.
• Coordinate activities across developers, engineers, support teams, and vendors.
• Prepare project status updates, meeting minutes, action logs, and reports.
• Follow up on vendor deliveries, quotations, contracts, and service follow‑up.
• Support budget tracking, risk and issue logging, and escalation of concerns.
• Coordinate testing, validation, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and support change control processes.
