Job summary

Leadingnation is seeking a dedicated IT project manager for banking operations in Hong Kong. You will lead system development projects, driving process optimization and acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and IT on technical solutions and requirements.

You will oversee end-to-end go-live preparations, including testing, rollout planning, issue diagnosis, and cross-team coordination to ensure timely deployment. A strong security focus and bilingual communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in banking IT projects and security controls is preferred.
• Ability to manage risk, timelines, and quality across deployments.
• Strong written and verbal English and Chinese communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate system development projects, optimize processes, liaise between stakeholders and IT.
• Manage end-to-end go-live prep: testing, rollout planning, issue diagnosis and cross-team coordination.
• Oversee IT security for Treasury systems and enforce information security controls.
