Operational & Team Supervision: Assist the Team Lead in supervising user support, critical trading/treasury desk support, and IT operations to ensure high-availability services and smooth daily system routines.
Endpoint & Security Governance: Manage enterprise endpoint platforms, virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI), automated patch deployment, endpoint detection/management tools, and maintain overall cyber hygiene across the workplace environment.
System Maintenance & Technical Support: Oversee day-to-day IT system operations, perform preventive maintenance, and handle complex technical troubleshooting.
IT Asset & Inventory Control: Maintain strict governance over hardware and software asset lifecycles, ensuring an accurate tracking ledger for all IT inventory.
Capital Markets & Treasury Systems Management: Provide supervisory-level technical support for front-office treasury users and specialized financial market data platforms (e.g., major financial newsfeeds, real-time market terminals, electronic trading venues, and proprietary institutional applications).
Project Execution & Governance: Partner with team leadership and project management offices to execute regional IT initiatives and adhere to corporate project delivery standards.
Cross-Border Collaboration: Work closely with regional and global stakeholders across international offices to drive system implementations, policy alignment, and ongoing support.
Vendor Operations: Coordinate and manage third-party technology providers to ensure quality delivery for project implementations, software licensing, and operational maintenance.
