Job summary

Randstad Hong Kong Limited is recruiting for an IT Services & Operations Supervisor in Hong Kong. You will lead Trade Floor Support, oversee EUC/VDI, and drive critical IT projects within a premier financial institution.

You will manage ITAM, incident troubleshooting (Tier 2/3), and vendor relationships, ensuring robust trading environment stability across APAC. Strong banking IT experience and Cantonese/English fluency are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related technology discipline.
• 6+ years IT operations experience in large enterprise environments, preferably financial services.
• 2–3 years of direct team supervision or IT lead experience.
• Hands-on EUC & VDI expertise: desktop support, VDI/VMware/Citrix, M365 administration, endpoint security.
• Experience supporting market data platforms and trading applications (e.g., Bloomberg, Refinitiv/LSEG, EBS, Turret).
• Knowledge of ITIL service management frameworks; ITIL/CCNA/MCITP certifications preferred.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Supervise EUC, Trade Floor Support, and IT Service Desk operations to meet SLAs.
• Manage endpoint management systems, VDI, patch management, and cyber hygiene tools.
• Perform daily IT system operations, maintenance, system administration, and Tier 2/3 incident troubleshooting.
• Oversee IT Asset Management including hardware/software inventory and licenses.
• Provide high-touch support for front-office treasury users and trading apps (Refinitiv/LSEG, Bloomberg, EBS, Turret).
• Collaborate with Project Governance and Team Head to execute regional IT infrastructure projects and rollouts.
• Coordinate with APAC hubs and Head Office for deployments, handovers, and ongoing support.
• Manage third-party vendors, SLAs, maintenance contracts, and implementation partners.
