Job summary

Randstad Hong Kong Limited is seeking an IT Operations Lead for its client, a premier international bank in Hong Kong. The role oversees EUC, VDI, and IT Service Desk operations to ensure high-quality support and SLA adherence.

You will manage endpoint systems, patching, cyber hygiene tools, and day-to-day system administration for front-office treasury users and critical trading applications. Experience in financial services, ITIL familiarity, and strong leadership are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum 6 years IT operational experience in large enterprises, financial services preferred.
2–3 years of direct supervision or IT lead experience.

Responsibilities

Supervise EUC, Trade Floor Support, and IT Service Desk to meet SLAs.
Manage endpoint management systems, VDI, patch management, and cyber hygiene tools.
Handle daily IT operations, maintenance, admin tasks, and Tier 2/3 incident triage.
Oversee ITAM, inventory of hardware, software licenses, and assets.
Provide high-touch support for front-office treasury users and trading apps.
Collaborate with Project Governance and Head to execute regional IT projects.
Coordinate with APAC hubs and Head Office for deployments and handovers.
Manage third-party vendors, SLAs, and external integration partners.
