Job summary

ALL-STAR AGENCY in Hong Kong is seeking a Senior Associate – IT Operations Supervisor (End User & Trade Floor Support) to oversee front-line technical support and core IT operations for business users and trading desks. You will supervise a small ITSM team, manage endpoint environments and trading platforms, and drive infrastructure projects across APAC and Head Office.

The role requires a degree in IT, at least 6 years in IT within banking or large organizations, and hands-on experience with

Qualifications

Degree in IT or related discipline.
6+ years IT experience in sizeable orgs, banking preferred.
2–3 years in a team supervision role.
Hands-on with desktop apps, VDI, endpoint security and control systems (Windows, VMware).
Trading systems experience: Bloomberg, Refinitiv/LSEG, EBS.
Familiarity with ITIL; ITIL/CCNA/MCITP preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to work under pressure.
Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin an advantage.

Responsibilities

Supervise end-user and trade floor support, ensuring timely, high-quality IT services.
Manage endpoint environments and trading platforms for business users.
Lead a small ITSM team and oversee incident handling and daily operations.
Oversee IT asset management and lifecycle tracking.
Provide supervisory support to treasury/trading users and L1–L3 support staff.
Collaborate with APAC and Head Office teams on project rollouts and vendor liaison.
