Job summary

The University of Hong Kong invites applications for an IT Officer / IT Technician at the HKU Musketeers Foundation Institute of Data Science (Ref.: 537248). Responsibilities

• Create, enhance, and manage web applications using front-end, back-end, and database tools.
• Offer technical guidance and support to resolve IT issues.
• Help configure and set up computer systems and related devices.
• Conduct training sessions on software usage and IT protocols.
• Oversee IT equipment inventory and maintenance.
• Uphold adherence to IT guidelines and security protocols.
• Provide on-site IT assistance during events and after-hours support.
