Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• At least 3 years of post-qualification IT experience.
• Experience with web applications and workflow automation advantageous.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese; fresh graduates may be considered for IT Technician rank.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance, enhancement and development of applications/systems for frontline teaching and learning operations.
• Support Moodle and Panopto platforms and other teaching-related systems.
• Provide IT support for various systems and events; participate in training and skills testing.
