SW8647 |09 May 2024 Deskside Supervisor (25-35K)
Manage on-site team to deliver day-to-day support and troubleshooting operation to ensure a smooth and efficiency operation.
Work with customer to resolve VIP user's issues relate to technology such as MS Windows workstation, MS Office, MS Teams, anti-virus, MDM, Mobile Apps, Encryption, printing.
Perform on-site desktop/network support including IMAC, desktops and laptops installation, image cloning, Hardware/Software troubleshooting, follow-up action, coordination and escalation.
Reporting & analysis on operations for further service delivery performance enhancement.
Provide ad-hoc/ on-call support for urgent incidents and support activities during non-office hours may be required.
Higher Diploma in Computer or related discipline.
At least 4 years relevant experience in team management, IT related support, system administration and networking.
Strong customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem solving, analytical, interpersonal, motivated and can work under pressure.
