Mep Talent partners with a global F&B and lifestyle brand operating over 700 locations across 20 countries. We seek an International Operations Manager to lead training for brand partners, evaluate stores, and drive operational excellence during an ambitious APAC expansion.

The role focuses on health and safety, performance metrics, and hands-on training with area directors to ensure consistent service standards while aligning with the company ethos and strategic goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multi-unit QSR management experience.
• Operational experience in APAC and/or ME.
• Extensive knowledge of restaurant operations, including steps of service, health and safety, and general SOPs.

Responsabilités

With major expansion planned in APAC, a new role has emerged.

The International Operations Manager will be responsible for providing dedicated support to the company’s brand partners by spearheading training and development, evaluating existing operations, and ensuring operational excellence while meeting business objectives and aligning with company ethos.

Responsibilities Include:

• Evaluating new and existing venues to ensure operational and health and safety standards are consistently met;

• Monitoring operational metrics and actioning on areas of improvement;

• Working with area directors and brand partner to provide hands-on training at every level of the organisation

• Working with key stakeholders to ensure the business is operating at optimal levels while driving overall company goals and initiatives.

We seek candidates with:

• A minimum of 5 years of multi-unit QSR management experience;

• Operational experience in APAC and/or ME;

• Extensive knowledge of restaurant operations, including steps of service, health and safety, and general SOPs;

• Experience working with licensed & brand partners, with the ability to foster and maintain positive and productive working relationships;

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

• Ability and desire to travel extensively;

• Written and spoken fluency in English required.
