First Point Group in Hong Kong seeks an experienced Training & Customer Experience Manager to steer a regional training strategy across APAC, strengthening customer engagement and technical expertise.

You will lead a virtual APAC training team, own the external LMS, localize training content with global partners, and build partnerships with universities and industry bodies to expand reach and impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Education, HVAC or related discipline.
• Experience delivering product and application training in a B2B environment across APAC.
• Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience coordinating regional initiatives in multinational organizations.
• Fluent English and Chinese preferred.

• Lead and coordinate a virtual APAC training team, ensuring the delivery of engaging, high-quality training programs across multiple markets.
