Mise En Place Talent seeks an International Operations Manager to support our brand partners by leading training and development, assessing venues, and driving operational excellence across APAC/ME. The role requires extensive travel and strong English communication.

Responsibilities include evaluating venues, monitoring metrics, and coordinating with area directors and partners to ensure health and safety and SOP adherence, while advancing company goals and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of multi-unit QSR management experience.
• Operational experience in APAC and/or ME.
• Extensive knowledge of restaurant operations, including SOPs and health & safety.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate new and existing venues to ensure operational and health and safety standards are met.
• Monitor operational metrics and drive improvements.
• Provide hands-on training with area directors and brand partners at all levels.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain optimal business performance and align with company goals.
