Our client is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to support their global licensing and partnership network in the hospitality sector. You will work closely with the Licensing team to provide dedicated operational support to licensed partners across multiple markets.
The role focuses on coordinating partner training, new site development, operational audits, and ongoing performance support. You will help identify licensee staffing needs, support recruitment plans, and ensure teams are properly trained to meet business objectives and new location opening plans. You will also lead brand-standard evaluations and drive training for new market and site launches.
Key responsibilities
Brand & Operational Standards
- Conduct regular brand standard and operational evaluations across opened locations in assigned markets
- Ensure each location is evaluated at least annually, with follow-up on corrective actions and improvement plans
Food Safety & Compliance Oversight
- Partner with internal and external auditors to maintain food safety and hygiene programme standards.
- Work with licensed partners to ensure ongoing compliance with cleanliness, safety, and regulatory requirements.
KPI Planning, Monitoring & Reporting
- Track and review key operational metrics on a monthly basis, including organisational structures, manager and team pipelines, sales, and performance indicators.
- Provide insights and recommendations to partners and internal stakeholders to drive performance improvements.
- Collaborate with Area Directors and the central Training function to deliver hands-on training for partner teams at all levels.
- Support the design and rollout of training initiatives aligned with operational priorities and new market needs.
Internal Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with key internal stakeholders (Licensing, Operations, Training, HR, Finance, etc.) to stay aligned on strategy, initiatives, and priorities.
- Ensure partner operations remain relevant and supportive of broader company goals
New Market & Location Launches
- Train and onboard new partner
- Operations teams entering new markets.
- Lead training and operational setup for initial locations in each new market ensuring a strong foundation for scale.
Profile & experience
- 6+ years of experience in multi-unit operations, ideally within a licensed, franchised, or partnership-driven model (hospitality, retail, or QSR background preferred).
- Proven track record supporting international or regional partners across multiple markets.
- Strong understanding of operational audits, brand standards, and food safety / hygiene programmes.
- Experience working with KPIs, organisational design, and workforce planning at location and market level.
- Demonstrated ability to design and deliver training programmes for diverse, multi-level teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills; comfortable working cross-functionally and across time zones.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into clear actions and recommendations.
