Job summary

Epicurean Management Limited is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, drive performance, and coordinate with marketing, HR and supplier stakeholders. Qualifications

• Diploma or above in business or hotel management.
• A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in Food & Beverage management roles, with a strong preference for expertise in Modern Chinese Cuisine.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, leadership and management skills.
• Strong business acumen with cost-conscious, result-driven and customer-oriented mindset.
• Competency in decision-making, flexibility and analytical skills.
• Experience in business pre-opening and mobilization projects.
• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and drive performance to meet targets, including sales, food costs, customer satisfaction, staff productivity, and service standards
• Identify and implement business and operational strategies by analyzing trends and developing the food and beverage business plan
• Implement financial strategies for food and beverage by anticipating needs, developing budgets, and measuring results to initiate corrective actions as necessary
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute marketing plans that enhance sales performance and strengthen brand presence in the market
• Work with the human resources team to develop and monitor talent initiatives that maintain a strong talent pool within the organization
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and suppliers to enhance business performance in events and catering
• Support and lead multiple projects in alignment with the business plan and development goals
