Job summary

Hong Kong International Airport is seeking an Operational Officer for Intermodal Connectivity. The role focuses on monitoring Automated Car Parks, coordinating with contractors, and supporting intermodal service launches.

You will assist in data consolidation, prepare reports and presentations, and provide administrative support to the team. Fresh graduates are welcome; diploma holders or secondary education with experience may be considered for trainee paths.

Qualifications

Degree holders or fresh graduates welcomed in related disciplines.
Associate degree / higher diploma or secondary education with substantial experience considered for trainee path.
Strong command of English and Chinese; Putonghua is a plus.

Responsibilities

Monitor daily operations of Automated Car Parks and contractors' performance against standards.
0Assist in projects development and coordinate with stakeholders for launch of car park/intermodal services.
Assist in consolidating operational data and preparing statistical reports and business presentations.
Provide administrative and operational support to the team.
Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints.
Assist in ad-hoc duties and assignments as required.
