Qualifications

• Degree holder or higher diploma; 2+ years relevant experience if associate degree.
• Excellent command of English and Chinese; Putonghua an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office application.
• Team player with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily operations of Automated Car Parks according to standards.
• Assist in projects development and coordinate with stakeholders for launch of car park/intermodal connecting services.
• Consolidate operational data and prepare relevant statistical reports, work plans and business presentations.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the team.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback and complaints.
• Assist in ad-hoc duties and assignments as required.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily operations of Automated Car Parks and contractors' performance according to prescribed standards
• Assist in projects development and coordinate with stakeholders for launch of car park/ intermodal connecting services
• Assist in consolidation of operational data, compilation of relevant statistical reports, work plans and business presentation
• Provide administrative and operational support to the team
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback and complaints
• Assist in ad-hoc duties and assignments as required

Requirements:

• Degree holder and fresh graduate are welcomed preferably in Business Administration, Aviation Management, Transportation and/or other related disciplines; associate degree or higher diploma with minimum 2 years’ relevant work experience, or secondary education level with at least 4 years’ work experience will also be considered
• Associate degree / higher diploma; or secondary education level with only 2 years’ workexperience will be considered as Operation OfficerTrainee
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese with knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office application
• Knowledge in image design, film-making and Al-assisted creative tools is an advantage
• A good team player with strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Able to work independently and under pressure
