Job summary

The Henderson Hospitality Limited is looking for an Integrated Support Services Officer to join our team in Hong Kong. You will handle F&B reservations via phone and email, maintain accurate booking records, and work closely with various departments to ensure seamless guest service and smooth operations.

Ideal candidates have hospitality-related education and strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills. Proficiency in English is essential; Cantonese or Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with guests and colleagues.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in spoken and written English; Cantonese and/or Mandarin is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle F&B reservations enquiries via phone, email, and other channels professionally.
• Maintain updated reservation records and ensure all booking details are entered correctly.
• Liaise with different departments to ensure smooth communication and guest service.
• Follow up on booking confirmations, guest requirements, and operational arrangements.
• Support daily reservation and administrative duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle F&B reservations enquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels in a professional and courteous manner.
• Maintain updated reservation records and ensure all booking details are correctly entered into the system.
• Liaise with different departments to ensure smooth communication and seamless guest service.
• Follow up on booking confirmations, guest requirements, and operational arrangements.
• Support daily reservation and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality, hotel reservations, guest services, or related administrative work is preferred.
• Diploma or above in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer service mindset.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficient in spoken and written English; Cantonese and/or Mandarin is an advantage.
• Familiar with reservation systems and Microsoft Office applications is an advantage.
• Able to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment and maintain a professional attitude.
