Job summary

The Henderson Hospitality Limited, a premier hospitality operator in Hong Kong, invites applications for the Demi Chef / Chef de Partie role within our luxury dining venues. You will supervise daily kitchen operations, prepare mise en place, and ensure food quality and hygiene to uphold our standards.

We value strong leadership and bilingual communication (English & Chinese) and welcome candidates with 2–3 years of culinary experience in high-end hotels or fine dining.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of culinary experience in hotels or fine dining.
• Knowledge of cooking methods, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily kitchen operations.
• Prepare and handle mise en place and daily prep tasks.
• Ensure food quality and hygiene standards are met.
• Perform other duties and ad hoc assignments as required.

Key Responsibilities 職責

• Supervise and manage daily operations in the kitchen 負責監督及管理廚房日常運作
• Prepare and handle daily mise en place efficiently 負責日常食材準備 (mise en place) 及相關工作
• Ensure food is produced professionally and meets the company quality and hygiene standard 確保食物以專業方式製作，並符合公司質量及衛生標準。
• Perform other related duties and ad hoc assignments as required 完成上司指派的其他工作及臨時任務

Requirements 要求

• 2-3 years of culinary experience in hotels, luxury Western restaurants, or fine dining establishments. 具2-3年酒店、高級西餐廳或精緻餐飲相關經驗
• Solid knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and food preparation techniques. 熟悉各類烹調方法、食材處理及廚房設備操作
• Strong leadership, interpersonal & problem-solving skills. 具良好領導、溝通及解決問題能力
• Good communications in Chinese and English 具良好中、英文溝通能力
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Chef de Partie 經驗較多者會被考慮為Chef de Partie
