Responsibilities

• Analyze end-to-end insurance workflows to identify friction points and opportunities for improvement.
• Assist in developing business cases for transformation initiatives with data on ROI, efficiency gains, and customer impact.
• Act as a change agent to challenge status quo and promote customer-first, continuous improvement culture.
• Translate goals into detailed functional and non-functional requirements and maintain clear user stories and process maps.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure timely delivery of quality deliverables.
• Coordinate UAT and post-implementation reviews to confirm solutions meet business needs.
• Work within Agile frameworks to manage backlogs and participate in sprint ceremonies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Transformation & Process Design

• Analyze end-to-end insurance workflows to identify friction points and opportunities for improvement.
• Assist in the development of business cases for transformation initiatives by gathering data on ROI, efficiency gains, and customer impact.
• As a change agent in the organization to challenge the status quo and influence the way of working and others to drive customer first mindset and continuous improvement culture

2. Requirements Documentation & Stakeholder Management

• Manage discovery sessions with stakeholders to translate business goals into detailed functional and non-functional requirements.
• Maintain a high standard for documentation, creating clear user stories, process maps, and functional specifications for engineering teams.
• Act as a translator between technical teams and business units to ensure a shared understanding of project scope and requirements.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure timely delivery of quality deliverables

3. Operational Excellence & Value Realization

• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and post-implementation reviews to ensure delivered solutions meet business needs.
• Investigate operational bottlenecks and "edge cases" in existing systems, proposing pragmatic adjustments or technological fixes.
• Prepare reports and insights for senior leadership to help track the progress of transformation initiatives.

4. Agile Delivery & Change Management

• Work within Agile frameworks to manage backlogs, prioritize features based on business value, and participate in sprint ceremonies.
• Produce change management artifacts to help end users transition to new transformation products or processes.
