Job summary

Chubb is seeking an Analyst to evolve insurance operations through AI and technology. You will bridge business goals with technical execution, documenting and designing future workflows and identifying AI opportunities to improve efficiency and customer experience.

You will work across underwriting, claims, policy servicing, and customer service, coordinating with AI engineers to ensure practical, scalable, and compliant solutions while measuring impact through KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years as a Business Analyst in insurance operations or financial services.
• Understanding of AI landscape and automation in business processes.
• Experience mapping processes and using tools like Visio.
• Proficiency with Agile lifecycle and tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Strong communication with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• AI-Driven Transformation & Process Design across insurance workflows.
• Document future-state processes integrating AI tools.
• Gather ROI, efficiency, and customer impact data for business cases.
• Collaborate with AI engineers and data scientists on solutions.
• Translate business goals into detailed requirements (functional & non-functional).
• Maintain clear user stories, process maps, and specs for engineering teams.
• Act as translator between technical teams and business units.
• Track KPIs and value realization of AI deployments.
• Coordinate UAT and post-implementation reviews.
