You will analyze workflows, build business cases, and manage stakeholder communications to ensure timely delivery of impactful transformation initiatives in a fast-paced insurance setting.

Mansioni

• Analyze end-to-end insurance workflows to identify friction points and opportunities for improvement.
• Assist in developing business cases for transformation initiatives with data on ROI, efficiency gains, and customer impact.
• Act as a change agent to challenge status quo and promote customer-first, continuous improvement culture.
• Translate goals into detailed functional and non-functional requirements and maintain clear user stories and process maps.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure timely delivery of quality deliverables.
• Coordinate UAT and post-implementation reviews to confirm solutions meet business needs.
• Work within Agile frameworks to manage backlogs and participate in sprint ceremonies.
