Qualifications

• University Degree from reputable university, MBA preferred.
• Minimum 6 years of working experience with insurance clients or insurance companies; consultant level possible with less experience.
• Knowledge in Insurance Front-office/ Products/Process and Insurance Core System
• Knowledge in project management (Waterfall/Agile Scrum)
• Experience in end-to-end insurance or retirement process and operating model design
• Strong stakeholder management with business/IT stakeholders and subject matter experts, able to communicate to senior audiences
• Fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese is required

Responsibilities

• Partner with industry-leading clients on their top priority transformation agenda.
• Co-create with the client and coming up with solutions to their most complex challenges and translate into a roadmap.
• Define inputs for business case and cost estimates; collaborate with delivery teams to maximize client value.
• Mobilize the team and set up the right delivery structure to succeed.
• Support global and market level sales and drive adoption of modern tech solutions.
• Articulate a compelling business/technology vision with industry expertise and impact.
• Identify and prioritize value creation opportunities based on detailed assessment of current footprint.
• Drive strategic opportunities by incorporating innovative solutions into broader transformations.
• Lead the creation of thought leadership assets with insights and recommendations.
