Responsibilities

• AI-Driven Transformation & Process Design: analyze insurance workflows to identify friction points and opportunities for AI intervention.
• Requirements Documentation & Stakeholder Management: translate business goals into clear requirements and maintain documentation standards.
• Operational Excellence & Value Realization: track KPIs, coordinate UAT, and propose adjustments to improve efficiency and outcomes.
• Agile Delivery & Change Management: work in Agile environments, manage backlogs, and produce change artifacts for end users.
