Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience in the insurance industry.
• Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional programs in a matrixed environment.
• Strong understanding of digital transformation initiatives and operational excellence frameworks.
• Proficiency with JIRA and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of a key initiative focused on target state business and technology design across the full project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to align technical requirements with business outcomes.
• Lead implementation of technologies to streamline underwriting, claims, and customer onboarding processes.
• Identify opportunities to reduce cycle times and improve agent and customer experience within the project context.
• Bridge gaps between business needs and technical solutions via data-driven decision making.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including senior leadership, to secure alignment and support.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and drive change management across teams with clear senior leadership communication.
