Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Translate strategy into clear district action plans with timelines and deliverables.
• Own end-to-end performance management for assigned agency portfolio: track KPI results and drive corrective actions.
• Prepare regular forecasts and performance updates; highlight risks and opportunities.
• Lead district business planning cycles and align resources to achieve targets.
• Identify district challenges and implement improvement initiatives to grow agency business.
• Coordinate and deploy KPI specialists to deliver targeted sales solutions with measurable impact.
