Job summary

Lenovo is seeking a Project Manager to support planning, coordinating, and delivering infrastructure and systems projects, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, quality, and stakeholder expectations are managed through the project lifecycle.

You will coordinate across developers, engineers, support teams, and vendors, prepare status updates, follow up on contracts and service deliveries, and contribute to governance, risk control, and documentation in line with PRINCE2 and PMP-based practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• 2-5 years of experience in IT project coordination, project administration, PMO support, assistant project management, or infrastructure/system implementation roles.
• Experience in enterprise technology projects and working with business users, technical teams, vendors, and customers.
• Good understanding of project controls, including scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, and documentation.
• PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM, or equivalent certification is preferred.
• Familiarity with enterprise infrastructure vendors, project reporting tools, and implementation activities such as UAT, cutover, testing, and commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing project plans, schedules, trackers, and resource plans.
• Coordinate activities across developers, engineers, support teams, and vendors.
• Prepare project status updates, meeting minutes, action logs, and reports.
• Follow up on vendor deliveries, quotations, contracts, and service follow-up.
• Support budget tracking, risk and issue logging, and escalation of concerns.
• Coordinate testing, validation, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and support change control processes.
