Lenovo is seeking a Project Manager in Hong Kong to support planning, coordination and delivery of infrastructure and systems projects. You will help manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, and stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle, combining day-to-day coordination with governance and change control.

The role requires 2–5 years in IT project coordination or PMO support and familiarity with PRINCE2 or PMP-based delivery.

Formación

• 2-5 years of experience in IT project coordination, project administration, PMO support, assistant project management, or infrastructure/system implementation roles.
• Experience in enterprise technology projects and working with business users, technical teams, vendors, and customers.
• Good understanding of project controls, including scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, and documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in preparing project plans, schedules, trackers, and resource plans.
• Coordinate activities across developers, engineers, support teams, and vendors.
• Prepare project status updates, meeting minutes, action logs, and reports.
• Follow up on vendor deliveries, quotations, contracts, and service follow-up.
• Support budget tracking, risk and issue logging, and escalation of concerns.
• Coordinate testing, validation, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and support change control processes.
