• Proficient in MS Word/Excel and Chinese word processing with basic IT literacy.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual client account opening and post opening reviews in line with procedures.
• Ensure compliance with KYC/AML and data accuracy in systems.
• Review client documents, perform risk assessments, and escalate issues when needed.
• Maintain and update client information and records in systems.
• Collaborate with Sales and Back Office to obtain pending information.
