Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in individual account opening within brokerage or banking preferred; fresh graduates with related internships considered
• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in document review and data entry
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin) and MS Office proficiency
• AI familiarity is a plus

Responsibilities

• Open client accounts and perform post-opening reviews in line with KYC/AML requirements
• Review client documents, perform risk assessments, and escalate issues as needed
• Maintain and update client information and records in systems
• Complete assigned cases on time and meet targets
• Work with Sales and Back Office to follow up on missing information
• Support regulatory exercises and remediation projects as required
• Assist supervisor with ad hoc tasks and projects
