Job summary

UOB Kay Hian (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking an Account Opening Assistant to support brokerage operations. You will perform post-opening reviews, ensure KYC/AML data accuracy, and liaise with Sales and Back Office to secure documents.

We welcome detail-oriented team players with good English and Chinese (Mandarin) skills, plus proficiency in MS Word and Excel. Fresh graduates or those with 1–3 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above.
• 1–3 years in account opening within brokerage or banking preferred.
• Fresh graduates with related internship/part-time experience considered.
• Detail-oriented with accuracy in document review and data entry.
• Strong interpersonal skills and team mindset.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Chinese word processing.
• Good English and Chinese (Mandarin) skills.
• AI usage is a plus.

• Work closely with the Sales and Back Office teams to follow up outstanding documents
• Assist with ad hoc tasks and projects assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above
• 1 to 3 years of experience in individual account opening process within the brokerage or banking industry is preferred
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship or part-time experience will also be considered
• Detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy in document review and data entry.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a team-oriented mindset
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Chinese word processing
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin
• Effectively using AI is preferred
